On September 24, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to larceny, violation of road traffic law (unlicensed driving), imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, and two months in the Daegu District Court on January 29, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence in Ansan prison on September 22, 2016.

A.
