On August 31, 1955, the network D purchased from the Republic of Korea a building on its ground (hereinafter “the instant building”), and constructed the Plaintiff’s land and the instant building (hereinafter “the instant building”). Before December 20, 1960, the deceased’s spouse donated the Plaintiff’s land and the instant building to the GF, a spouse, before the death.

On August 28, 1985, the netF completed the registration of initial ownership in its name with respect to the instant building, and completed the registration of initial ownership in the name of G, a child, on April 15, 1994.

The netF donated the instant building to G on March 18, 1997 and completed the registration of ownership transfer on March 19, 197. G sold the Plaintiff’s land and the instant building to the Plaintiff on May 26, 2014, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on May 27, 2014.

On May 13, 1988, the Defendant donated the Defendant’s land to H, who is a child, and completed the registration of ownership transfer, on October 29, 2014.

On the other hand, part of the building of this case intrudes the defendant's land as follows.

(B) On the other hand, the part of the Plaintiff’s land, which was invaded by the instant building, was connected in sequence with each point of 9,3,4,11,10,9 indicated in the attached Form No. 12,5, 15, 14, 13, and 12, and the part (c) part of the Plaintiff’s land connected each point of 12,5, 15, 14, 13, and 12, as indicated in the attached Form No. 9,3,4, 100, was continuously disputed between the Defendant and the Defendant and the Defendant’s previous owner, on June 10, 2014, and immediately thereafter, the Defendant surveyed the boundary between the Plaintiff’s land and the Defendant’s land, and donated the Plaintiff’s land to H on October 29, 2014, as seen earlier.
