2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. The Plaintiff is a juristic person with the purpose of educational service, language education service for Koreans in and out of the Republic of Korea, and study arrangement business, and the Defendant is a school juristic person operating B University.

B. On October 6, 2009, the Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into an agreement on education cooperation with eight universities located in the United States and eight colleges located in the United States to operate the so-called “13 program”, on April 11, 2013 and eight colleges located in the United States until Washington University was located, and eight colleges operating the so-called “13 program”.

C. In the process, on November 5, 2009, the Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into an agreement with the relevant State University regarding the Educational Cooperation Convention with the relevant State University, including the “Agreement for the Operation of Cultural Course Programs” for the Educational Cooperation Agreement with the relevant State University, and the “Agreement for the Operation of Cultural Course Programs” on May 18, 2010 with the State University, California, California, for the Educational Cooperation Agreement with each State University.

(2) The agreement entered into between the plaintiff and the defendant is collectively referred to as the "instant agreement."

From 2010 to 2010, the Defendant provided students who passed the “13 Program” with lessons to the subjects of medicine, which can be recognized as regular credits at each of the above Jeju University for a year. The Plaintiff operated a course of study to support administrative work related to “13 Program” and to replace Saturdays, and was provided with necessary space from the Defendant for the operation of the said program and the management of school affairs.

(e) On November 29, 2012, the Minister of Education, Science and Technology shall grant the president of B University "a program for studying abroad that is irrelevant to the degree of a domestic university."
