1. Defendant C management body: KRW 33,720,657 and 5% per annum from July 23, 2013 to August 24, 2016 to the Plaintiff.
Around September 11, 2009, the Plaintiff as a party to the dispute entered into a lease agreement with Defendant B (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”) which purchased the instant store and used the instant store in renewal of the lease agreement with the Plaintiff, who purchased the instant store on April 201, 201, under the mutual name called “E” at the instant store from October 2009 to October 1, 2009.
Defendant C management body (hereinafter “Defendant C management body”) is a management body established pursuant to the Act on Ownership and Management of Condominium Buildings (hereinafter “Aggregate Buildings Act”) to manage the instant building.
The ground structure of the building of this case using the ground structure of the building of this case is as follows.
