A. As to KRW 11,00,000 and KRW 7,150,00 among them, Defendant C shall start on January 20, 2015.

A. On January 4, 2012, the Plaintiff Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff Co., Ltd”) entered into a franchise agreement with each of the following stores (hereinafter “each of the instant franchise agreements”) with respect to G points within the F located in the Busan BY, Defendant D, on November 4, 2011, with respect to the I points and K points within the Daegu Seo-gu H F located in H, Daegu Seo-gu, and the F located in JJ located in J. on February 19, 2013; and on February 19, 2013, each of the franchise agreements (hereinafter “each of the instant franchise agreements”).

(A) (A was an enterprise operated by Plaintiff B as an individual entrepreneur, and the Plaintiff Company was established on June 25, 2013, and the Plaintiff Company transferred the status of the Plaintiff Company as a franchisor against the Defendants in B. In addition, each of the instant franchise agreements has been renewed under the same condition for one year, even though its contract term was one year from the date of conclusion, if it did not express special intent during the period from 180 days before the expiration to 90 days, it is deemed to have been renewed under the same condition for one year).

Defendant C’s franchise agreement with Defendant C (i) paid the Plaintiff Company KRW 660,00 (including value-added tax) as the 15th day of each month’s 15th day of use of business marks, etc., and (ii) Defendant C did not pay KRW 220,000 (i.e., 110,000) out of the cost of use of business marks, etc. (i., 220,000 (i.e., 110,000 x 2 months) and (ii) the 14-month cost of use from April 2014 to May 2015 (i.e., 770,000 x 14 months).

C. Defendant D’s franchise agreement with the Plaintiff Company and Defendant D’s Defendant D’s 1) paid the Plaintiff Company I points for the use of business marks, etc., 440,000 won for the Plaintiff Company, and 660,000 won for the M points (including value-added tax) on the 15th day of each month, and the 770,000 won for the use of business marks, etc. on the M points from January 2014 to the 70,000 won per month. 2) Defendant D decided to raise the price for use of business marks, etc. on the 15th day of each month.
