except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Any person who intends to operate meat packaging business without permission shall obtain permission from the Governor of a Special Self-Governing Province or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu for each workplace;

Nevertheless, from April 10, 201 to May 2, 2014, the Defendant was equipped with large air conditioners, meat packaging work units, and water treatment units in a warehouse with approximately 66 square meters wide of 66 square meters located in Busan Shipping Daegu B housing from around April 10, 201 to around May 2, 201, and cut off and subdivided into a knife with a knife with a 300 cm amount every day from gold-type distribution, and sold them to 20 business entities, such as agricultural products wholesale markets in Busan Metropolitan City, the reduction market, the Arabic market, and the cold knife with a knife with a knife with a knife with a knife with a knife with a knife.
