1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 49,39,607 and KRW 23,229,171 among them, from November 1, 2016 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
The evidence Nos. 1 and 2 as well as the overall purport of the pleadings are acknowledged as having the same cause of claim as that of the Plaintiff, and the Defendant is obliged to pay the unpaid principal and interest and delay damages to the Plaintiff as described in the Disposition No. 1.
(The circumstance that the representative of a corporation received bankruptcy immunity does not affect the claim of this case against the corporation). Thus, the plaintiff's claim is justified and acceptable.
