A. The Defendant (formerly: Company G) as the parties to the dispute is a company established by H and his own son, and the Defendant’s Intervenor I (hereinafter “Defendant’s Intervenor”) to engage in real estate leasing business and development business on November 14, 201. C. The Defendant’s business and the Plaintiff’s entry, around 2013, included the Plaintiff, who had been operating a P Co., Ltd.
