1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 5.5% per annum from September 21, 2013 to the day of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire arguments in the statements Nos. 1 and 2 as a whole, the plaintiff may recognize that on February 28, 2007, the plaintiff lent 5 million won to the defendant at an interest rate of 5.5% per annum and the due date of payment February 28, 2008.
Since the Plaintiff is a person who received reimbursement of 1.5 million won around February 2018, the above 1.5 million won was appropriated for the interest from February 29, 2008 to September 20, 2013.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 5 million won and 5.5% interest per annum from September 21, 2013 to the day of full payment.
2. If so, the plaintiff's claim is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
