In collusion with D for profit, the Defendant registered the business of “F” for the purpose of telecommunications service in the name of the Defendant’s father from April 5, 201 to June 30, 201, and filed a return of value-added tax on July 9, 2011 from Incheon tax office located in 75 in Dong-gu, Incheon, Dong-gu, Incheon, to file a return of value-added tax on January 1, 201.
