On July 24, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for a violation of the Toxic Chemicals Control Act in the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch on July 24, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence in a female prison on February 11, 2014.

On July 3, 2015, around 06:20 on July 3, 2015, the Defendant injected hallucinogenic substances at the entrance of a vinyl paper by inserting two industrial main dyst “P (140ml)” in the Dostststring car parked in the public parking lot E-gu in Ansan-si, Ansan-si. The Defendant injected hallucinogenic substances at the entrance of a plastic sealing paper by inserting two strings of “bats (140ml)” in a plastic sealing paper, and inserting them.
