Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.
Punishment of the crime
On May 15, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million for the same crime in this court, and a fine of KRW 3 million for the same crime in this court on September 13, 2012.
On April 21, 2014, the Defendant driven B K3 motor vehicles at approximately five meters from the front road of 231-2, Orcheon-si, Orcheon-si, Orcheon-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, up to the front road of 231-2, Orcheon-si, Orcheon-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, while under the influence of alcohol by 02:00 and 0.068 percent of alcohol content.
