1. Of the 250 square meters in Seoul Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B, the Defendant indicated the attached drawings on the Plaintiff, 36, 23, 37, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 34, 35, among the attached drawings.

Reasons

1. Indication of Claim: The Defendant, without any title, owns an unauthorized building on the land indicated in the Disposition No. 1 of the Plaintiff’s Ownership and occupies the above land. Accordingly, based on the ownership of the above land, seeks the removal of the part existing on the above land and the delivery of the said part of the site (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
