1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: on July 17, 2013, the Plaintiff leased real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Defendant as KRW 1.5 million and monthly rent of KRW 400,000,000 to the Defendant; on the ground that the Defendant did not pay the rent of KRW 4.4 million until September 25, 2014, the Plaintiff terminated the lease agreement and filed a claim for unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent of KRW 4.4 million calculated at the rate of KRW 4.4 million and the unpaid rent from September 26, 2014.
