1. The defendant shall pay 50,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from August 26, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On March 9, 2017, the Plaintiff entered into an agreement with the Defendant on October 30, 2017 and lent KRW 50 million to the Defendant on March 9, 2017. The right to claim the return of the loan due to the Defendant’s failure to pay the loan even after the payment deadline has expired.
