A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. On November 24, 2014, the Defendant: (a) at the Jeonju District Court, Doksan Branch of the Doksan District Court; (b) had no intent to operate the limited company C; (c) had a certified judicial scrivener D, who is aware of the fact that he/she had made an investment in the said registry; (d) had him/her submit to the said registry a false statement on the total number of investments in, and total amount of investments in, a limited company C in the commercial registry, which is the fair principal of the deed; and (e) had a registered public official, who is unaware of the fact, keep the said registry and exercise the said registry by having him/her keep the said commercial registry stating the fact of insolvency.
2. The Defendant in violation of the Commercial Act is the interest director of the limited company C with the purpose of clothes, retail business, etc. located in the Do and 207 of the Jeonju-si.
No promoters, directors, etc. of a company shall pretend to make payments or make investments in kind.
Nevertheless, the Defendant, at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1, proposed payment by submitting a false contribution certificate even if he did not pay 10 million won of investment when having a certified judicial scrivener D established a limited company C, as above.
3. No person in violation of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act shall transfer, take over, borrow, lend, or store any access medium with the knowledge that such medium is to be used for a crime or to be used for a crime, or transfer, take over, lend, or arrange the distribution or brokerage of such medium;
Nevertheless, the Defendant, from December 11, 2014 to November 26, 2016, set up an illegal private Internet gambling in the trade name and no more than the preceding week-based coffee shop and on the street with the F, including the National Bank Account (G) in the name of the said limited company C.
