2. The plaintiff's claim against defendant D.

B. Before the current status of the registration of the owner of an old building under the name of F and Defendant D, the total amount of 81.58 square meters of the apartment building among the apartment building was the F, and the total amount of 97.43 square meters of the apartment building among the apartment building was the owner registration in the aggregate building ledger under the name of Defendant D.

The members of the Defendant Union concluded a trust agreement with the Defendant Union for the purpose of promoting a reconstruction project of the old building and transferred their shares in the instant land owned by them to the Defendant Union in sequence from November 7, 2000. The F concluded a trust agreement with the Defendant Union with respect to the shares in the instant land among the instant land owned by it under the name of the principal on November 7, 2000, and completed the registration of ownership transfer under the name of the Defendant Union on November 15, 2001. The Defendant D completed the registration of ownership transfer under the name of the Defendant Union on November 7, 200, and completed the registration of shares transfer under the name of the Defendant Union on February 14, 2001, after concluding the trust agreement with the Defendant Union with respect to the shares in the instant land located under the name of the principal on November 7, 200, and completed the registration of ownership transfer under the name of the Defendant Union on February 14, 2001.
