A. Defendant B, C, and Korea Stock Exchange Korea are jointly equipped with each other;

1. Attached hereto among the real estate listed in the list;

A. 1) The Plaintiff is a company with the purpose of housing construction project, etc., which is located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E (hereinafter “instant building”).

(2) The Defendants are lessee or seller who uses and benefits from the store of the instant building.

B. The Plaintiff, in 195, newly built the instant building on the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E ground and donated it to Seoul Metropolitan Government. On February 26, 1996, the Seoul Metropolitan Government permitted the Plaintiff to use the instant building for 20 years from January 6, 1996 to January 5, 2016 (hereinafter “instant gratuitous use permit”).

(2) The Seoul Special Metropolitan City’s written permission for free use, which was drafted at that time, stated that the period of free use was no later than January 5, 2015. However, the Seoul Special Metropolitan City confirmed that the period of free use was no more than January 5, 2016 to the Plaintiff on July 21, 2014.

C. 1) Since 1995, the Plaintiff leased each shop of the instant building and concluded a lease contract or a sales contract for goodwill. 2) The Corulul Distribution Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Coul Distribution”) on May 2, 1995, and the Plaintiff on May 2, 1995, and the 113th floor above the instant building.

2. On the building listed in the list No. 1 (hereinafter “instant first shop”), a commercial building lease agreement was concluded.

The Defendant Korea Development Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Korea Development Bank”) succeeded to the right to lease of the first shop in this case with the consent of the Plaintiff on December 27, 1999.

In addition, on June 12, 2002, Defendant B and C entered into a goodwill sales contract with the Plaintiff on June 12, 2002 and the first shop of this case, and succeeded to the lessor's status with respect to the Defendant Korea Development Bank.

3 Defendant D shall be the Plaintiff on January 18, 2001 and the instant case.
