1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 27,01,899 and interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from July 15, 2015 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. Claim for construction price of 27,011,889 won and damages for delay that had not been paid even if the Plaintiff was awarded a contract with the Defendant for the Namyang Market C Corporation, which was ordered by the Defendant around 2014 by the Defendant, and completed the construction work.
