1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 281,958,905 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from August 3, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

On July 16, 2015, the lease period of H/B beam, etc. to the Defendant: From July 18, 2015 to November 17, 2015, the method of paying rent: (a) calculated on a monthly basis from the contract date; (b) the Plaintiff decided to rent in advance; (c) the rate of overdue rent in arrears: 20% per annum to the Defendant on November 10, 2015; (d) the rent of KRW 30,000 to KRW 36,00; (e) the rent of KRW 20,000 to KRW 30,000; and (e) the rent of KRW 13,000 to KRW 20,000; and (e) the Plaintiff continued to file a new lease contract with the Defendant for rent of KRW 30,000; (e) the rent of KRW 30,000 per to KRW 30,00; and (e) the terms and conditions of the lease shall be determined as equal to the Defendant from KRW 163,16.
