Of the instant lawsuit, the part concerning the claim for management expenses from May 28, 2020 shall be dismissed.

1. The description of the reasons for the claim is as shown in Appendix 2;
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
3. We examine ex officio the partial rejection part of the lawsuit in this case as to the legitimacy of the part concerning the claim for management expenses from May 28, 2020.
The purpose of the claim in civil procedure is to specify the subject matter of lawsuit and the scope of the court's trial in order to specify the scope of the claim so that the contents and scope can be clearly identified. If the claim is the amount, the amount must be specified. If the claim is not clearly specified, the claim shall be dismissed as illegal. Among the lawsuit in this case, the part of the claim for management expenses from May 28, 2020 cannot be deemed to have been specified because the plaintiff's claim is not clearly stated, and thus, it shall be dismissed.
