1. On August 14, 2015, the Defendant posted a false statement to the effect that, at the Defendant’s house located in the Defendant’s house, the Internet goods website, “Sales of hotel accommodation tickets” on the NAP bulletin board, the Internet goods site, and then, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that, in order to transfer KRW 1720,000 to the victim F, the Defendant would transfer the hotel accommodation right and aviation mileage to the victim F.

However, in fact, the defendant did not have hotel accommodation and aviation mileage, and even if he received money from the injured party, he thought that he would use it as a living cost, and there was no intention or ability to transfer hotel accommodation and aviation mileage to the injured party.

2. The Defendant, even though having no intention or ability to provide tweetss even if receiving the price, has attempted to deceive those who want to purchase tweet, etc. on the bulletin board of the NAP website of the NAVB “S” and has attempted to acquire that price by deception;

On October 7, 2015, after having access to the above bulletin board at his house located at Psi-si E and 106 dong 1405, the victim H, as if he were to sell his hotel beauty meal right, makes a false statement to the victim H, and is transferred KRW 160,000 from the victim on the same day as the price is paid;
