1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
The plaintiff asserts that the plaintiff loaned a total of KRW 67,00,000 to the defendant nine times as follows.
① On January 15, 2014, KRW 20,00 (2) 5,00,000 (3) on June 4, 2014, ④ KRW 12,000,000 (4) on June 12, 2014, ⑤ 5,000,000 (5) on July 3, 2014, ⑤ The Plaintiff’s money was remitted to the above account under the name of her husband, and the amount of KRW 4,00,00 (7) on July 25, 2014, the Plaintiff’s money was not stated on the account of her husband’s 6,00,000 (7) on each of the above 5,00,00,000 (3,00,000,000) on each of the above 10,000 (3,000,000) on each of the above 10,014.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed as it is without merit, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
