1. The defendant shall pay 35,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from August 2, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Defendant, on June 5, 2002, lent KRW 50 million to the Plaintiff and received a certificate of loan from the Defendant to the effect that the Defendant would repay KRW 35 million after receiving reimbursement of KRW 15 million. The Defendant, accordingly, sought a loan of KRW 35 million and damages for delay.
