Punishment of the crime
On August 15, 2018, around 04:44, the Defendant driven a B-burged car with alcohol content of 0.163% 0.163% from a 1k section of alcohol in blood from the front of the 294 Yju apartment-gu, Namdong-gu, Incheon to the roads near the Dongpo Zone of the same Dong-gu.
