1. The defendant shall pay 35 million won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from April 7, 2019 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Claim for Promissory Notes amounting to KRW 35 million at the face value of the Plaintiff on November 10, 2015 against the Defendant of the Plaintiff (the addressee), the due date for the payment of the Promissory Notes amounting to “35 million won at the sight, the place of issue, the place of payment, and the place of payment, respectively.”
