The Plaintiff’s claim indicated that all of the obligations owed to the Defendant (original obligee: New Savings Bank) including KRW 128,773,883, and damages for delay thereof, were discharged by the exemption from immunity granted by Suwon District Court Decision 201No4621, Nov. 22, 2012 (Article 208(3)1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act)
