If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

On June 3, 2015, at around 19:20 on June 3, 2015, the Defendant: (a) cut off and damaged the locks equivalent to KRW 7,000,000, in total of two locks using the cutting machine, on the ground that the locked cover of groundwater owned by the victim installed at that place does not amount to KRW 30,000,000.

2. The Defendant interfered with the victim’s pension work at the above time and place, such as destroying locked locks, removing electric mortars inside the lock, locking a locked cover with other locks, and cancelling the pre-contracted room that the victim was unable to use water.
