1. The reasoning for the court's explanation concerning this case is as follows: ① among the judgment of the court of first instance, the "witness of the witness" as the " witness of the court of first instance" and ② the "However, according to the result of the order to submit a report to the Korea Federation of Banks of the court of first instance" is the same as the part of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it is cited as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. If so, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
