On January 15, 2016, the Defendant driven the above Oral Ba in the section of approximately 200 meters from the station parking lot in Daegu-gu to the front floor of the ornamental market in Daegu-gu from the station parking lot under the influence of alcohol content of 0.097% among blood transfusion around 23:07.
