A. On November 8, 2006, A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “G”) entered into a H dredging project contract with the Plaintiff’s Intervenor, and entered into a guarantee insurance contract between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff for the guarantee of the payment of the contract deposit, around November 2006, with the amount of insurance coverage of 335,711,360 won, the insurance period from November 8, 2006 to March 11, 201, and submitted it to the Plaintiff’s Intervenor with the guaranty insurance policy issued by the Plaintiff.

Article 4 (Deposit for Contract) (1) Contract deposit shall be 20/100 of the remaining contract quantity, and Eul shall submit the additional contract deposit for the extension of the period to the bank account designated by Gap by February 15, 201 as cash deposit or surety insurance policy.

Article 5 (Methods for Payment of Contract Price) (1) Of the total down payment of H dredging project 6,10,556,80 won, 600,000 won for the first year contract price for the second year, 60,000,000 won for the second year contract price for the third year, 1,400,000,000 won for the third year contract price, 1,678,56,800 won for the fifth year contract price, and 1,10,56,80 won for the second year contract price to June 30, 2012, and 1,10,56,80 won for the remaining contract price for the second year from January 30, 201 to June 30, 2012 shall be deposited in cash:

g. The 2010 advance payment interest in paragraph A-(h) shall be deferred, and the interest shall be paid only for the unpaid portion of KRW 578,00,000 under the 7th modified contract.

3. The cost of by-products for remaining portion 1,100,556,80 won under the contract shall be carried out, at the time of taking out, after paying in advance the price for the by-products of the quantity taken out, and the remaining quantity shall be carried out, up to June 30, 2012, with the total volume narrowed in the contract by 237,018 cubic meters;

Article 23 (Deposit for Facility Restoration) B shall submit a facility restoration plan plan plan for the facility restoration guarantee, and 460,000,000 won shall be deposited in cash in the bank account designated by A or in an amount.
