However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. The accused is a person who is engaged in driving a Brane car in violation of the Road Traffic Act, the Road Traffic Act, and the Road Traffic Act;

2. The defendant who has violated the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation for Damage, shall not operate any motor vehicle on the road which is not covered by mandatory insurance, as a person who owns a Brane motor vehicle;

Nevertheless, the defendant operated the car without mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in the above Paragraph 1.
