1. The Defendants amounting to KRW 50,000,000 and to KRW 15% per annum from April 8, 2019 to May 31, 2019, respectively, to the Plaintiff.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Article 208 (3) 1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act.

Pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissals, the part of the Plaintiff’s claim for the payment of damages for delay exceeding the rate of 15% per annum from June 1, 2019 among the Plaintiff’s claim
However, the costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Defendants by applying the proviso of Article 101 of the Civil Procedure Act.
