1. Defendant A and B jointly and severally filed against the Plaintiff KRW 300,267,392 and KRW 299,244,831 among them. < Amended by Act No. 1529, Apr. 1, 2019>
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
3. Since the statutory interest rate of 12% per annum is applied from June 1, 2019 in accordance with the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings on Part of Dismissal (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019) and the statutory interest rate of 12% per annum is applied. Thus, the part seeking the payment of damages for delay calculated at a rate exceeding 12% per annum after June 1, 2019 is dismissed on the grounds that there are no grounds.
