On November 29, 2016, at around 10:10, the Defendant cut off two iron plates (one meter in height) from gas cutting machines to the victim E (56) on the first floor of the new site of the construction site of the Geum-gu Busan Metropolitan Government D apartment, while continuing the waste air work with the victim E (56 years).
