건물인도 등
1. The defendant
(a) deliver the second floor of the building listed in the annex;
(b) from February 11, 2018, buildings listed in the annexed Form.
1. On January 26, 2018, the Plaintiff indicated the claim that the second floor of the building attached to the Defendant was leased by setting the deposit amount of KRW 20,000,000 for the Defendant, and the period of KRW 2,300,00 for the Ulsan, and the period of February 11, 2020 for the Ulsan.
However, the Defendant did not pay monthly rent at all, even though he occupied and used the leased object from February 11, 2018.
The plaintiff shall terminate the lease contract, and seek the delivery of the leased object and the payment of the overdue rent.
