A. As to KRW 42,641,385 and KRW 39,001,067 among them, Defendant A shall be from June 1, 2013 to August 31, 2015.
Reasons
1. The facts of the cause of the instant claim against the specific Defendants are as shown in the changed cause of claim.
2. Defendant A and D based on the judgment: Defendant B’s judgment by public notice under Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act: Defendant C’s judgment by public notice under Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act may recognize the facts constituting the cause of the claim in accordance with the purport of all pleadings, as a whole, in each of the statements in Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3).
3. In conclusion, all claims against the Defendants are justified.
