Punishment of the crime
1. On June 5, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven CK3 cars while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.204% at the 3km section from the front of a restaurant in which the trade name in the Gyeonggi Yang-si is unknown, to the front of the Gyeonggi-si in which the trade name in the Gyeonggi-si is unknown; (b) around 19:00 on June 5, 2017.
2. Around June 19:00 on June 5, 2017, the Defendant was driving a CK3 car at the seat of the police box for showing the B road in front of the 19:00 pact around June 5, 2017.
