1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) Of the first floor of the building listed in the list of real estate in the attached Form 2, 3, 8, 9, 2 of the attached Form 2.
1. 청구원인에 대한 판단 갑 제1 내지 3호증의 각 기재에 변론 전체의 취지를 종합하면, ① 원고가 2012. 7. 30. 피고에게 원고 소유의 별지 부동산 목록 기재 건물의 1층 중 별지 도면 표시 2, 3, 8, 9, 2의 각 점을 차례로 연결한 선내 ㈏ 부분 162㎡(이하 ‘이 사건 임대차목적물’이라 한다)를 보증금 1,000만 원, 월차임 120만 원(부가가치세 별도, 매월 30일 지급), 임대차기간 ‘2012. 7. 30.부터 2014. 7. 29.’까지로 정하여 임대하는 내용의 임대차계약 이하 '이 사건 임대차계약'이라 한다
(2) The fact that the Defendant: (a) paid the deposit to the Plaintiff; (b) possessed the leased object of this case; (c) paid the Plaintiff KRW 200,000 on April 2, 2015, and KRW 200,000 on April 7, 2015, and did not pay the remainder; (c) on June 3, 2015, the Plaintiff sent proof that the instant lease was terminated on the condition that the Defendant would not pay KRW 9.2 million on June 15, 2015 to the Plaintiff by June 15, 2015; and (d) the Defendant paid the Plaintiff KRW 3 million on June 12, 2015 to the Plaintiff at the rate of KRW 201,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000.
