1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 29,20,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from May 24, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: The grounds for and description of the changed grounds for claims shall be as specified in attached Form;
(However, the part of the “amount with 15% interest per annum from June 9, 2018 to the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case” in Paragraph (2) of the Attached Claim No. 2, “29,200,000 won and the amount with 15% interest per annum from June 9, 2018 to the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case” was re-converted to “amount with 29,200,000 won per annum from the day following the judgment to the day of full payment of the money.” 2.
