3) “A” shall actively cooperate with cost-bearing for the production infrastructure and the surrounding environment so as to ensure prompt production with the successful bid. “B” shall pay all the costs and faithfully implement the terms and conditions of the purchase agreement with the quantitative group of “A”.

2) “B” shall pay the price as of the successful tender date to “A” in installments as follows. 12% of the successful tender price of the first contract price of KRW 137,50,000 ( separate from Defendant C tax of KRW 15,000,000) = 330,000: 40,000 (15%) KRW 412,50,000,000 (15% at the time of release of 20%): 412,50,000 (15% at the time of removal of 40%): 412,50,000: 412,50,000 won for the first contract price of KRW 15,00 for the second contract price of KRW 30,00 for the second contract price of KRW 330,00 (250% at the time of removal of 15,00,000,000 for the second contract price of KRW 40,50,20507.

*The contractor of the State: The contractor shall be first used as the name of the corporation newly established as the intended project when the contract is awarded and may change its name.

(hereinafter) (5) On January 3, 2013, Defendant C borrowed KRW 150 million from the Plaintiff and 200 million, which the said money and H agreed to bear as above, were prepared to prepare KRW 330 million. B. After preparing the instant investment agreement, the Defendants prepared an investment agreement (No. 3-1, hereinafter “instant investment agreement”) with the following content on February 28, 2013, and delivered it to the Plaintiff around that time.
