1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 48,720,154 and KRW 48,114,246 from October 10, 2017 to May 10, 2019.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

Articles 208(3)2, 150(3), and 150(1) of the Civil Procedure Act (the Defendant only gave a formal answer to the purport that the Plaintiff’s claim is dismissed without presenting specific contents, and the Defendant did not appear on the date for pleading of the instant case, and thus, deemed that all of the Plaintiff’s allegations were led to confession).
3. According to the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019), the statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings is 12% per annum from June 1, 2019. Thus, the part of the claim for damages for delay seeking payment in excess of the annual 12% from June 1, 2019 is rejected.
