However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

1. Forgery of air, and violation of the Automobile Management Act;

A. On July 2015, the Defendant: (a) was on his/her operation in the vicinity of the water station located in 924 as he/she had been on July 1, 2015, in the vicinity of the water station in Suwon-si, Suwon-si.

B In order to enter a passenger car in the name C, the registered number plate was well attached with the size of the registration number plate on the front part of the foregoing vehicle, and forged the registration number plate of a motor vehicle, which is air hosping by inserting “C” by using a test color food on that part.

B. On March 2016, the Defendant: (a) discovered the Defendant’s house located in the Defendant’s house located in Gwangju Northern-gu 407 dong 1407 dong 1407, and discovered that forged registration number plates have disappeared as referred to in paragraph (a) of Article 1; and (b) continued boarding and leaving the said passenger car; (c) attached an Acryle board with the size of registration number plates, attached a white paper on that part; and (d) placed two registration number plates for automobiles located in the air using test color in the above way, respectively.

2. Type 1 from March 2016 to April 14 of the same month to the defendant who has committed a forged air defense and a violation of the Automobile Management Act.

B. As stated in paragraph (1), two registration number plates, which were forged, were held and used simultaneously by using two registration number plates, each of which was forged air, before and after the above passenger automobiles, by operating them after being attached.

1. Selection of each sentence of imprisonment;

1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Code, Article 38 Section 1 of the Criminal Code, which increases concurrent crimes.
