Accordingly, the Defendant: (a) around June 15, 2012, at the office of the E Licensed Real Estate Agent in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu; (b) in accordance with the proposal, C was thought to receive honorariums by cooperating with the application for a loan of money of money of money of money of money of money of money of money of money of money of money of money of money of money of money of money of money of money of money of money of money of money of money of money of money of money of money of money of money of KRW 2,90,000,000 from the above apartment of the Seo-gu, Daejeon-gu; (c) as if the above apartment was leased to the Defendant, the Defendant entered into a false apartment lease contract of money of money of money of money of money of money of money of money of money of money of money of money of money of money of money of money of money of money of money of money of money of money of money of money of money of money of money of money of the victim, around June 18, 2012.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with the above-mentioned name-free boxes, C, B, and H, acquired the loans of KRW 50 million.
