1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 31,483,440 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 23, 2015 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. The judgment by deeming the confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, and Article 208(3)2 of the Defendant submitted a formal reply to the purport that “a request to dismiss a claim” after being served with a duplicate of the complaint, and did not appear on the date for pleading without disclosing the opinion as to the cause of the claim, and therefore, it is deemed that all the Plaintiff’s allegations were led to confession
