A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is an instructor who teachs the study of middle students in the “D Fishing Driving Schools” located in Busan Western-gu C, and the said private teaching institute calls for victims E (n, 15 years of age), victim F (n, 15 years of age), victim G (n, 15 years of age), and victim H (n, 15 years of age).
1. Crimes against victims E;
A. At around 20:00 on May 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) at the “11 lecture room” of the above private teaching institute; (b) at the “11 lecture room” of the victim on the ground that the victim’s attitude was bad; (c) and (d) as a “11 lecture room” without any reason, the victim’s hand who entered the lecture room was flickly attached to the victim’s hand, and (d) led the victim to indecent act by compulsion.
B. On May 2015, the Defendant, at around 20:00 on the lower 20:0, committed indecent acts by force by force, by explaining the problem of education to the victim, such as defrising the victim’s left chest with the victim’s own right blue blus, etc.
C. 2. Crimes against victim F;
A.
