On July 7, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received 112 reports from taxi customers and confirmed the circumstances of the instant case against the reporter, and (b) assaulted the police officer slopeD belonging to the police station of the Daejeon District Police Station, which was called together with the Defendant’s head, on July 22, 2018; (c) and (d) assaulted the Defendant’s head at one time to keep the face of the said E having continued to go through the Defendant’s face.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of police officers' duties on 112 reporting processing.
