Costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the defendant.

On December 16, 2013, from around October 2016 to around October 20, 2014, the Defendant was a person working as a rehabilitation teacher at a residential facility for persons with disabilities among “F” located in E, and the victim G (in South, 26 years of age, intellectual disability 1 grade), victim H (in South, 34 years of age, intellectual disability 1 grade), victim I (in South, 24 years of age, intellectual disability 2 grade) is the owner of the above facility.

1. Injury;

A. On May 22, 2014, at around 08:30 on May 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) laid the victim’s head on the ground that the victim G was disregarding his/her horse in the male living room of a male living facility for persons with severe disabilities in E.

As a result, the defendant put the victim two weeks of treatment, which requires two weeks of treatment.

B. On October 8, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around October 8, 2014, at the places indicated in the above paragraph 1-A, carried the victim H’s chest to drink; and (b) carried the victim’s Ha who was sitting on the floor, did not hear her horses, the Defendant divided the victim’s neck by hand with a pipe of the scale of the area, and by using the body listed above the victim’s neck.

As a result, the Defendant inflicted injury on the victim, such as the 2nd scarke, which requires about 10 weeks of treatment.

2. Violence;

A. On October 2014, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s face eight times in both hands on the ground that the victim I did not answer at the place described in the above paragraph 1-A, at the beginning order of 20:30 on October 2014.

B. On October 15, 2014, around 20:30 on October 15, 2014, the Defendant assaulted the victim I’s face at approximately six times with two descendants for the same reason as paragraph 2(a) at the place described in the above paragraph 1(a).
