If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

On May 14, 2012, at around 20:25, the Defendant was provided with gasoline equivalent to KRW 150,000,00 at the market price from E, namely, at around 20:25, the victim C’s station in Busan B, and the fact did not intend or ability to pay the price even if gasoline was provided. However, the Defendant was provided with gasoline equivalent to KRW 150,00,00 at the market price, which is, the Defendant’s employees, for the BMW X5 car boarding the Defendant.

As a result, the defendant was ordered to receive property from the victim by deceiving E.
