1. The defendant shall pay out of the bonded area to the Foreign Capital, and the Daejeon District Court shall have jurisdiction over the share of 4/5 of the land stated in the list in the attached Table.

Reasons

1. As to each land indicated in the separate sheet indicating the claim, the plaintiffs and the defendant shall have the right to claim for the registration of ownership transfer based on donation with respect to each one-fifth share as to each of their own shares. Since the defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer as to all shares exceeding 1/5 of his own shares, the registration of ownership transfer is completed without any legal ground as to the shares exceeding 4/5 shares.
